Interested too but so confused.

What should my settings be? I have a Ryzen 4800h
Not sure. Try this (if you have SMT enabled in the BIOS):

computeColliders=8
skinmeshPart=8
applyMorphs=8
skinmeshPartMaxPerChar=8
applyMorphMaxPerChar=8
affinity=1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15
Also make this change to Vam_Data/Bootconfig.ini:
wait-for-native-debugger=0
gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1

There are some CPU settings already in the Vam Hub's mod overview page:

Scroll down on the overview page and find the detailed settings there under spoiler tag:

"AMD Ryzen 7950x(3d)
(we are using the first CCD only, which has the 3d cache)
AMD Ryzen 7800x(3d)
(has only one CCD)
AMD Ryzen 5950x
(we are using the first CCD only)
AMD Ryzen 5900x
(we are using the first CCD only)
AMD Ryzen 5800x(3d)
(has only one CCD)
AMD Ryzen 5600x(3d)
(has only one CCD)
AMD Ryzen 3800x
AMD Ryzen 3600x
Intel 14900K/14800K/14700K

(we are using the performance cores only)
Intel 14600K/14500/14400
(we are using the performance cores only)
Intel 13900K/13800K/13700K
(we are using the performance cores only)
Intel 13600K/13500/13400
(we are using the performance cores only)
Intel 12900K/12800K/12700K
(we are using the performance cores only)
Intel 12600K/12500/12400
(we are using the performance cores only)

You catch the drift: If its intel, use only the performance cores and skip the HTs. If its AMD, use only cores from first CCD and skip the HTs."

Check the discussion thread too in Vam hub:

did anyone notice any changes in performance with the plugin/
I didn't test it thorougly, but it looks like it gives not only performance, but also improve load times.

Also, many people are reporting some performance gains:

Zero changes for me. I didn't use the benchmark though, just a 'real world test' scene with a single girl dancing with a dress. A scene with two girls.
I feel like because I'm getting bottleneck by my graphic cards.

Maybe someone here can help since I'm not getting respond on main forums.
Ryzen 5600x / 3060 ti.

computeColliders=6
skinmeshPart=6
skinmeshPartMaxPerChar=6
applyMorphs=6
applyMorphMaxPerChar=6
affinity=1,3,5,7,9,11

wait-for-native-debugger=0
gfx-enable-gfx-jobs=1
gfx-enable-native-gfx-jobs=1

As far as I can tell, yes I gain around 10-15 fps depending on the scene.
So the game does not bottleneck the cpu that hard anymore so your gpu has more to do.
Cap your fps of vam if you have a decent gpu to not let the fans go crazy and you should be good.

Maybe in 5 years, after he starts bleeding subscribers because VaM 2 never released.
:FacePalm:

We expect to release 1 or more beta versions of VaM2 this year (2024).

Is there a plugin to quickly remove all lights from a scene, so i can load my own light subscene into any scene? Sometimes they are called different names or are hidden, it's pretty annoying.

I can't download the updater attachment. It says Malformed attachment request. Already turned off all av on my pc and also tried different browsers. What should I do?
