it is showing other clothing presets that are included in the scenes/vars you downloaded. that tab is showing exactly wat you wanted, clothing presets. but you said you saved the clothing as general presets or appearance presets right? those two are different things and will not show up in the clothing preset tab. so you need to go back into the scenes or appearance presets or whatever, and then save the clothing itself as clothing presets. then it will show up there.
Appearance presets: saves the whole appearance of the character/person atom. that includes the morphs, hair, clothing, skin, eyes, teeth etc.
General presets: is a combination of bunch of things that includes appearance, pose, plugins etc. its like an all in one thing. i personally don't use it that often.
Clothing presets: only saves clothing of the character. this is wat you need.
there are others presets like hair presets, skin presets, morphs etc but they should be self explanatory just from the names.
