Just downloaded some nice clothing only to find out that it's only for my male atoms. Is there a way that I could equip male clothing for female atoms?

There isn’t. Clothes need to be imported to the model they are meant to be used with so you would need to have the original blender/zbrush files to import to daz and then inport to vam on the male or female model.

Though if you have no plans of taking the clothes off you could turn the male atom into a futa that resembles your female and fake it that way.

there isn't a built in way like obitron said, but it is possible to export the clothing model itself from vam. theres a tool called that does this but its broken on current vam version. you need 1.22.0.3 for it to work. i made this thread a while ago it has more info on it.
anyway once you have the obj you can do the whole fitting it to g2f model and importing it in vam and stuff.

Talking about you dude. Back during covid it was you who would drool over Crazy3Dmodeler on official VAM discord. He's a terrible person. Do you remember when other creators posted patreon posts of him hanging people to dry scamming them. There was that person that was hospitalized after purchasing their fancy $300 lifetime tier and when they came back found out they had been charging them $300 a month while they were away. Everything about him was a snake.

I know your name and know your avatar. Anyone on that discord can Keyword search and realize they swindled you as their #1 fan and if you are being sarcastic about distancing yourself from them thats understandable.

But in reality they still watch this forum because they go an post this on their patreon asking for patience on delays of their fake products. Dead giveaway other than horrible TTS Podcast is constant ChatGPT long — mark not even journalist use it much if not at all. I just hope you aren't the single person hearting up those posts it's ALL a scam:

the only "important" pledge I was paying for some months...or one year...doesn't matter, is meshed-chan. The rest is standard history: I am a very (very) antique daz3d fan, since the early daz period: that was maybe quite expensive fun. But it was a worth educational period for me. Can't say the same with vam, an application for porn addicts (parossistic fappers): doesn't really merit more than what a normal person can afford for stressing his jerry.

I got a bone to pick with VaM recently. I've been trying to use some CUA hair on one of the female atoms I'm using, except when I use ReShade RTGI for some raytracing effects, it makes the CUA appear hollow and I can see the outline of the female atom's bald head.

Is there a way to fix this? I swore this is my first time running into this.

Like RTGI literally makes the CUA hair semi-transparent and see-through for no reason. Why does it do that?
For other CUA hairs, RTGI works fine and doesn't make it transparent but for some reason for the one I'm using now, it does?

Probably the shader or setup for the current cua hair doesn't work well with rtgi. Is it one of the newer ones that use some updated cua hair shader?

if this is the case, its probably due to render queue for the material being too high. this happens with clothing too. there is a shader tab for clothing with the slider for render queue. if you increase that above 2500, reshade's shows shadows through it. idk why maybe depth buffer gets messed up.
anyway, try this plugin , it may or may not work for you, but it has options to edit the cua material including render queue slider. try decreasing that to around 2000.

Make sure you don't have any vars with chinese or non english characters in the name that you recently downloaded. If VaM fails to scan all vars on startup due to "ilegal characters" in var names it could be skipping all the vars your morphs are from. Sort your var folder by date and make sure none of the recent ones look odd either from characters or 0 data

So, this is starting to annoy me....
Normally, I create my characters from the base "character" when you add an atom. And actually, I just realized that it's this atom that has taken on a much more masculine face and a slightly more massive body than before.
I haven't downloaded anything in the meantime; I cleared the cache...it didn't help. ... overnight, the base atom became much more masculine, which means that all my characters created from this atom have square chins.
And no matter how much I try to refine their faces, this masculine chin and massive body impression remains. I'll take two screenshots to show you. I recreated the character Dee from the game Dating My Daughter, and it's most obvious on her. Sans titre-1.png

Are these being kept private or are you considering sharing these in the future?

its probably one of the morphs causing it. i dont think its the base model thats the problem. first make sure the "Use Male Morphs On Female" checkbox in Female morphs tab is unchecked. if that is enabled the male morphs will start to have affect on female atom. maybe you accidentally enabled that. if its not that id suggest use "Zero" or "Default" button to put all morphs to zero. does that return to the expected base atom shape? if yes then some morph like i said is causing issue. check each morph one by one to find the culprit.

complicate task to remake (imho) the most beloved renpy champion... this was the best vam porting creation, if I remember good (it's in his collection list)

just applying on that @someporter "dee" your beautiful skin variations, it can give the best result.... otherwise it is like to pretend inventing a "personal" mickey mouse or donald duck without being talented like Helnwein... I try to explain what I mean: the original Dee has absurd and unrealistic morphs proportions, but that fantasy look is her best identity. Even on the horribly limited meshed-genesis2 dimension, she is still always shining.

Nah, I'm using an older one. RTGI 0.17, I know there's an up to date one but I don't have it.

Thanks for the advice. I installed the plugin and tried messing with the render queue but it still appears transparent whenever i turn on RTGI.

Not the version of rtgi. I know I saw someone posting about some new hair shader they got working in vam for cua hair. What I meant is that particular shader might not work well with rtgi vs the standard solid cua hair. What cua hair is the issue happening with?

What I'm going to try to do is to update ReShade, I was using 4.9 which is very outdated because I thought it was messing w/ my depth buffer (it wasn't, it was just VaM's inbuilt MSAA) so I'm upgrading to the most recent one and I'll report back if that fixes it.

It's an endless discussion, as I said on the DMD fan art topic, this is my way of seeing Dee, and after replaying the games a few weeks ago (games that I love), I'm no longer at all keen on the characters' style.
However, I still like Dee's character just as much.

So, I'm not saying "remake Dee," it's just my interpretation of her. I tried the models you gave me, it's the same problem, an almost perfect copy (physically) of a character from a technically outdated game. (Dee's butt in DMD is just awful, her face is stiff like a plastic doll). Meanwhile, "my" Dee has gained a big butt in a few days and it's annoying me.
