It's always a good practice to check what you download and even the links you click. If defender says that, it could be a false positive but I would check it with some other tool, upload it to virustotal or something like that. I've seen (doing it myself) video files that are modified to open connections to remote servers by analyzing it on a linux VM with tcpdump + vlc verbose. Anyway, time to fap

If you find out one does open a connection to remote server. Just dump the file or is there a workaround at that point?

It depends on many things, how well is designed the remote call, which security measures you've got implemented on your o.s, etc etc. But yes, as soon as you know best thing to do is to delete and monitor outgoing and incoming connections for a couple of days, maybe even use restore point to undo any changes that could've been made on win registry which are invisible to the end user if its modified (only event viewer and even so events can be deleted after changes were made if the thing is well designed)

this is because is 5k video...
codec in this case have no relevance or importance
even my potato pc can barely get 20fps...on his 60 max
Solution:
downscale to 4k not more than 4000x2000
this is because our ancient video cards chipsets...
cannot decode natively any video with higer resolution using hardware...
THEY GO on SOFTWARE emulation using raw CPU power....
and because we have very ancient cpu like dual/quadcore so we are fucked....
someone need to waste an hour or more....making something like this:
