Game is ok for an early release, but it does feels very "raw" even for this stage.

My two biggest issues as of now would be:

1) The prologue is way too long. I hate when a game takes too much time to give control to the player. Having a story is nice, but a quick way to make me lose any interest in it is to take too long to let me actually play the game. After a while I just skiped all dialogue just to see if there was an actual game here or if the post was missing the "kinect novel" tag.

2) The current gameplay loop is... not interesting. You basically choose an action (taking pics, going for a walk and going to work being the main ones) and then a random scene plays out. I didn't feel I had any control over what was being shown to me, and quickly got bored after getting the same scene twice or thrice. Ended up just droping and deleting the game.

It has potential, and I will probably get back to it after a couple more releases, but right now it just doesn't feel fun to play.

so i have rin at lvl 8. ive done all other events except hers. but every time i call it says she wont pick up. is that a bug or intentional cuz its getting annoying

How do I increase Rin's stat? Mine is at 4 and I can't seem to find a solution.
You need to hang out with her to increase her stat. Depending on the time of the day she can refuse to hang out with you. So try it out at mornings and afternoons.

It is intentional, the relationship status changes at lv9. If you don't reach that level before Vicky's Mentorship event, all Rin's events will be blocked and it will produce changes at the events of the main story.

I realize now that I didn't make that clear in the game, my bad. I'll add something in the relationship app around next week that explains it well.

Thanks for your feedback, I really appreciate it. Regarding your points:

1- I also agree that taking too long to give control to the player can be bothersome, when I wrote the prologue I had that in mind, but I didn't take into account that what could be fast to me, maybe it would not be that way to the player. I'll try to improve that.

2- The gameplay loop it's for making money, showing animations and moving the plot forward. It's all the 'sandbox' part of the game basically, so it can get repetitive. I don't see that part changing too much, because I want to focus on the story. So, maybe the kinect novel tag should be on the thread? I'm really confused about that now :HideThePain:.

But I'll try to fresh out the gameplay as much as possible in the future, thanks for the advice.
