Thank you for reaching out and for the save file! It helped in understanding the issue and ultimately fixing an uncaught bug.
Here is your fixed save file that'd be beyond the problematic point. Please double check and let me know if everything works now or if you need any further assistance.

Apologies for the delay in replying and much appreciate your time to report this!

Another error, the character sometimes disappears after selecting the save file. Once you finish your bounties and you get told off by the receptionist, the screen becomes black.

Savefile is included.

Hmm... odd.

Another error, the character sometimes disappears after selecting the save file.
Could you provide more details by chance? When you say some "sometimes", what does that mean? Does the character sprite come back randomly? Also what did you do last before the character "vanished"?

Once you finish your bounties and you get told off by the receptionist, the screen becomes black.
Would it be possible for you to provide the save before talking to the receptionist? Before the screen went black like in your screenshot?

Sadly, that wasn't possible; however, this error happens when I try to access the saved file. I found a temporary solution, which is initiating a dialogue or a defeat, so that the character can appear again. What I meant by sometimes was that the character simply stops appearing when you want to walk around so you have to use the mouse to guide it around. I couldn't keep track of that issue, but focused instead on finding a temporary fix, which worked. So I think it's likely a bug. As for the black screen, I believe it's the same bug because it got resolved once I repeated going through the process before the receptionist.

Excuse me for asking here, this might not be the best place to ask but

There was a game that has been posted not too long ago on this site and has extremely close art style to this one. I believe it featured gay content and the introduction was basically you sneaking into a brothel and getting information to try and find a specific item that your character was looking for. I thought it was made by Cursed-Atelier, but it doesn't seem to be

Does anybody know the game I'm speaking of and can lead me to it?

EDIT: Found it, it was Third Crisis - Neon Nights :p

I think I got a weird bug, for some reason the game didn't want to open the door for the boss in Xaide after I got that thing from the tubes and explored everywhere, and also I had this spot that for some strange reason isn't interactable, I imagine its one of those branches but for some reason I can't grab it

And just when I go to get an image, the door THEN opens up. Still the branch is non interactable so I'm still reporting it.

Fair enough, the reward for getting them all is just a dildo similar to those chips in tripteen, right? Asking just to make sure It isn't something important or that can affect gameplay.

Also, since the devs are here, for now I have around 9, maybe 10 hours of gameplay, and I can say I enjoyed my time playing, but I still have some gripes with the combat overall.

A minor one is the secondary gun, the SP 42 and its inability to turn right, forcing me to always have the enemy on the left side or over/below me was always annoying especially in the early game when you rely on it to do actual damage.

The bigger one is probably the fact that keeping your weight low is the most important thing overall, unless the enemy was 3 or more, I often got outside of fights unscathed because of how action economy works in this game and how a lot of attacks are telegraphed, I made my weapons be as light as possible, making it possible to basically stun lock enemies, them being uncapable of doing anything while I just spent turns chunking away at their hp.

Relating to that, the interference bot I think is op, being basically a spammable, guaranteed stun with no cooldown and low AP cost skill alongside my low weight made it so whenever I went against 1 enemy my turns were:

Get close to the enemy, Interfere bot, Armor strip, mind focus, due to my low weight I get to act again before the stun passes and I spent that turn attacking, then the next turn I keep attacking, or I repeat what I did in the first turn.

I also feel that the stats that the other attachments gave were either too low, or too irrelevant to compete with weight loss. I feel the attachment system may need a lot of numbers tweaked, a full revamp, or maybe add the suit to this system and move some of the stats in the guns to the suit, like agility or defense (btw, I'm not a game developer, these are just my ideas, feel free to ignore them if you don't agree with them, it's your game after all).
You could also tweak the interfere bot so it no longer allows you to basically stunlock a enemy so easily, raising the AP cost to maybe 50 or 60, make it not be a guaranteed stun, or make it a (cheap) consumable so you need to stock up on them.

No. It was a visual bug unrelated to the branches for the dildo quest. Another side quest that will have you return to this zone at a later point will resolve it.

Hey (Coder here)!

First of all thank you for all the feedback!

For the point about the inability to turn right, you should be able to switch the side by using shift. That is if the thing didn't bug out.

I agree that weight is too important and strong and we are looking into changing up the system as we get closer to the final release of the game.

Don't worry about the interfere bot, that one will be either changed a lot or removed. It was left in there by mistake and we just left it in for debug sake for now. It won't be in this form in the final version at least.

Best Regards!

I was either a dumbass, I never saw that prompt, or it passed over my head spectacularly, sorry about that then.

you should keep it, I like the idea of the bot if telegraphed attacks exist or every enemy has a couple of them, the action motivates you to go in to stop them from making the move, the problem is how easy it is to abuse, if the bot only had a chance to stun so you would prefer to dodge the attack, or it was only a guaranteed stun if they were preparing an attack, I think it would be balanced or work to make the player be more proactive or get close to the enemy, you could also just make it only work well with robots and with biological things just be weaker.

Good idea, I will consider that!
