Just as a follow-up: I downloaded the mac build you posted and it seems to work fine -- and I didn't have any quarantine issues. Regardless, I verified the readme looked accurate. FWIW, I ran it on Tahoe.

I see, that's interesting. I did read that Safari will automatically flag it while other browsers won't, and I assume that also explains why people started having issues on later versions of mac when I used to still test on big sur.
