Agreed, since Vali is also not interested in Harems (or much of anything aside from battles). Saji has different options, there are a couple of women that like him that I cannot recall the name of right now. Sona isn't really interested in him that way.
To be fair, she doesn't see Issei that way either, but the protagonist in this game is given the chance to impress her and change that, but it'll be hard (hence why it'll be optional).

the girls that become interested in Saji do so over the Sona and Rias raiding game, as Saji dose way better then expected holding up Issei. I feel this version of Issei that can become over powered and summon Bowset of all beings could override that, I also think Issei has a good shot of stopping Tsubaki form developing a crush on Kiba, by dealing with Sagi quickly and being the one that defeats Tssubaki's Mirror. in this way thre would be no NTR as the girls are not looking at other boys

my point is if Issei summons Bowsette she will nearly kill Saji because she is more powerful then Bowser she has his all of his strength, durability, and breath weapon, but the reason she is more powerful is she has the Mario brothers Princess speed making her faster then Bowser, therefor in Vox Gremory timeline Saji holds up Issei much less then expected and Issei being able to summon fictional characters and Disney Princesses to boot will get the girls attention on him

This game sucks. The battles are so fucking unbalanced! You have stats maxed out and they run up and one shot kill you! You can be boosted up but if you can't fucking hit them than you can't kill them! Fix the fucking battle system! I can never hit.. max stats have 39% chance to hit so always fucking miss. Had enough of this unbalanced game.

No Phoenix pawn insta killed me with one hit. I did a couple of boosts and she ran towards me and one strike dead. Fighting Kiba I just kept missing him.. I could not hit him at all. Other enemies all the same thing does not matter if you can kill if you can't damn well hit the enemy. The miss rate is atrocious and impossible as it makes it a luck based game if you can win a battle and nothing to do with your stats.

If you were to watch the anime, or better yet read the Light Novel, you can see that Mira can one hit. At that point of the story you're weak, having 100s in your stats is maxed for you but less than the weakest devil of Phoenix (Even Viser, if i recall correctly).
It is designed to be possible with luck and by using tulpas, but the latter isn't implemented yet, you can always use FPs instead to autowin.

As for Kiba, he's a knight (speed type), it's normal for him to be able to dodge attacks. You need, at the very least, be also a knight (promotion) and boost your stats in order to at least match his ability.

Any "unbalanced" element (either in your favor or not) is either designed to work that way (for lore reasons) or because of missing features (which at this point are only the tulpas).

So I'll check game out in future and see if the Tulpas balance fights as right now the game is boring since I know the story and there is nothing unique to it.. the only way to progress steadily is using FP but the story is boring after watching all the anime and finishing up all the novels.

Just to interject real quick, as someone who hasn’t played the game past the first mini game after getting bored. Reading this is wild, I almost wanna hop in just to figure out wtf any of this means.

Unfortunately, for the second time, the method I used to build for mac stopped working.
Until I find a way to make it work again, mac is no longer supported.

How do you get CHs 47, 78, Mira, and Xuelan in the Gentlemen Folder?

You just need to use Dress Break on both Mira and Xuelan when you battle them. They're early battles which previously weren't available, but now they are.
Mira has two battles, in the first one you don't have Dress Break, but in the second one you do.

CG 47 is unlocked by going to Rias' room, and interacting with the keys on her desk.

CG 78 is unlocked shortly after Riser's battle if you push Koneko out of harm's way when Yubelluna tries to defeat her with a sneak attack (Requires high agility).
