I've got the official Steam version. The customisation was added a couple of months ago and it should be selectable right at the start under the option to enter the club.
Do people just not know what locks are?
I think if this had like asmr style voice acting in it also it might be neat. But yeah it really just seems kinda pointless. Especially if there isn't more planned, like a Champagne room kinda deal with actual content. Or if the Dev did this as a test sort of thing.

nah, VAM is very cool as a creative platform. Yes, there are people just trying to sell assets to patreon subscribers... but it's honestly just a cool tool to build scenes or whatever else you want. It's more of a canvas than a game.
That being said, it's not very well optimized atm, and will still cause a i9-9900k and 2080ti to catch fire trying to run it in VR.
im using VAM currently on Ultra with an i7.
and it has a shit ton more content than this "game"
what are you even talking about, VR is pretty damn widespread. look at VaM. there is waybetter things going on in VR then there is in these shitty renpy/RPGM games flooded on this website. just because you are too poor to buy a proper headset doesnt mean others are too. that being said this game is a boring cash grab on the vr buzz. why bother with this when VaM exists.
Is that running it in VR? I've tried VAM on my i7-6700k (overclocked), 3200hz ddr4, and 1080ti.... and it's still choppy, even with only 2 models loaded.
I was kinda planning on just putting VAM aside for a few months to see if performance got a bump.
OR I give you $1.49 and you run to the corner store and get me a Snickers because I'm lazy and don't have a car
try lowering the shadow rendering and use less threads for Physics.
you can manually adjust settings for both the game physics and individual models.
But idk why you're having issues.

Not. As one of the developers personally answered me, this game only works with a VR headset. I do not understand what is the point, according to statistics 20-30 people play their game, from all steam !
This game was actually in the top 20 selling games on steam in Dec 2019. Not top 20 VR games, all games. They are doing OK with being VR-only.
You know what also has lots of sales and high ratings on steam.. Sakura "adult" Visual novels that have no animated scenes.
I suspect those buying this game are like 13.
Does it really matter the age of the person buying it? They're supporting the game devs.... so they can keep making better games.
Um, I just have to say this. Why would there be hardcore sex in a gentlemans club? (At least in the U.S.) The girls would be arrested for prostitution. Hell in the last state I lived in there where a butt-ton of odd laws about that shit. You know that in New-Mexico girls can't show their pussy unless the establishment doesn't serve alcohol?

Too bad I don't have the gear to play VR games. I'd at least give it a spin, but nah. I'm not willing to spend that much on gear that will probably be replaced in a year for a couple stupid games I'm actually interested in. (*Cough* Nep-nep VR?)
Edit: Weird law #2: You have to wear latex over your nipples. Weird law #3 you can't take off your stilettos. (The shoes are like an I.D. card that you're a stripper and not a prostitute?) There are a lot more but some of those laws are just like.......... WTF?........

Sorry I was talking out of perspective. I spent most of my 20's dating and living with a RL stripper. And I worked as a bouncer at her clubs quite often.
Only half of the job of the bouncers is keeping the patrons in check, the other half is actually keeping the fucking girls in check. Because half of the girls don't realize that what they're doing is totally illegal in a U.S. strip club. Lol... Reading these comments, even being able to fondle a girl is way illegal, not to the patron but to the stripper!!!
I remember this girl (Amber) that used to let guys fingerbang her in the V.I.P. lounge and I would roll my eyes and say: Okay just keep your fucking story straight it the cops bust in on us. "You where just sitting on his lap serving him Champagne."
