I feel ya. "No impact" really says it well. Maybe it was that they had to rush the art due to the hand/arm injury? It's hard to tell what caused this to be anticlimactic.
The pacing problem is one of the reasons for the lack of spice in Brandon's scene. Inserting that after a couple of vanilla scenes and the biggest advance to the story kinda felt distracting. My other problem is that Brandon is boring; he's as Blacked as Blacked can be, and his scene felt like appeasing the obsessed raceplay NTS crowd.

I think it stems from her roleplaying as cheating wife which limits mc's presence and their interaction in situations. And additionally she was acting so submissive that she was just going with the flow instead of being in charge of the show. It was hot seeing her be that submissive but the problem is it's not true to her nature. So that combined with the roleplay and the whole thing ends up with a layer of "fakeness".
On top of all that Amelia left to conference only three and half days ago ingame time so the couple's schedule has been quite full since 0.09. It's not major factor but events being so condensed together does create bit of busy atmosphere.
Mafia arc will probably be back to dominant Amelia as she has to emulate her old self as mafioso's daughter. Hopefully she proceeds to sexually torment grunt(s) who is afraid of her and her father.
Its the writing and pacing. And it's compounding mistakes from pretty much since their vacation. I think the author is good at tease at dirty talk but he doesn't understand the actual appeal of the fetish and that it isn't about her fucking someone so much as her devotion to her husband and her focus on it. People don't like hearing it but the reality is shes enjoying it too much for herself, and the point of the fetish is making porn for him since she's his favorite woman and being both the source of his jealousy as well the one who sooths that very jealousy she caused, all to take him on a roller coaster to turn him on and get him off, and that in turn makes her get off more and better because she is her husband's pleaser first and foremost, even when it's more if a femdom dynamic her goal should be her husband's pleasure and satisfaction. The moment it deviates from that intention and it being demonstrated in the actual writing and not coping out with "it should be assumed", the story of these nts always start to fall off. It's just how it is.
Nobody cares about her sex with Brandon, anyone can go on porn hub and watch exactly the same thing but in HD. The value of the story is the writing and her dynamic with the husband, and it's easier to get in writing in a vn. Nobody cares about the mafia stuff either. It's not me trying to disrespect the author it's just not why people care about the game or about ammie. If he has a vision great and I respect and admire it and hope he follows it through to his satisfaction, just its not gonna turn on a fan of the genre to get random exposition that has nothing to do with nts.
