The date in the park was irrelevant fluff. There were simply no horny scenes between husband and wife. The foreplay before they started nts for real was hot then it just fell off a cliff. The problem was always that her sexual focus wasn't on her husband. When she was teasing him it was fine cuz her attention was on him. 90% of the nts her attention was not on him, and that was the problem. Idc who has a problem with it or if they think it's unrealistic, that was the fundamental problem with the story and why people lose interest: she stopped being a perfect wife and just became a random woman in a porn scene and the marriage was just sprinkles that didn't matter.After people thought Brandon was raping her in the gym and they changed it, it was game over. If you can’t write with subtlety because people are stupid, then you overcorrect and have the wife stop the action to say, HEY THIS IS FOR YOU I LOVE YOU for the 50th time. This is a game, at some point you have to scalate the action or have some drama. Reclamation scene? Ok,no prob. Reassurance before, during and after the action? And two scene in a row of reclamation? And a date in the park? Lets keep it moving

That doesn't really bear any relevance to the point I was trying to make. So far, Saxonado has introduced choices that could (and will) branch into quite an array of features we have not yet seen and (some of which) won't be seen for quite some time, if what you're suggesting is that the game will be wrapped up any time soon.
I think the focus of NTS is always "this woman's heart and soul will always love you, and she will never hesitate to express it with words or actions." On this basis, people are willing to appreciate her lewd and decadent debauchery.
