If we are still following an update happening every 3 weeks, it should be later this week or on the weekend.
But, from what the meter is showing, only 20% is about done. So, might be longer at this point.
Unless someone else has news about a perceived update date.
If only 30% of the work has been completed, then that three-week development cycle he talked about earlier is nothing but bullshit.

My skepticism grows with the increasing discrepancies in the development times presented in Saxo's communication. I don't mean to be overly critical, but why even hint at/suggest a reduced development time if he's going to roll that statement back at the next point of communication? He's not doing himself, nor his subscribers, any favours. I've seen other creators lose their backers' confidence by doing things like this.
Absolutely fair criticism, expecting update once per 3 weeks was unrealistic but dev shouldnt have so confidently promise it, even if he just thought that he could make it happen, he should instead said that they will try to do it once as a test and depending on how it will affect them(dev and artist) they may continue to do updates in such cycle in the future.

I was generous with my review. Pacing really is an issue the more I replay scenes. She is hopping on her coworkers' dick way too fast for a "loyal" wife. Sure its a porn game but with netorase I feel like you have to be more delicate. Maybe I've just been ruined by Wife to Wench where its a build up. A loyal wife won't spread herself open so quickly. Getting gangbanged and moaning to another man she's fucking for the first time "I'm your whore"

If you're talking about the coworker trip then yeah at the moment it felt fast, if you're talking about right now hell no lol there's been well enough constant reassuring that she loves him

Oh I don't doubt her love for him! Maybe putting loyal wife in quotations meant that. But even with the reassurances it feels, fast? Maybe the coworker and Enzo just left an extremely bad taste in my mouth
The one with Enzo is fine for me cause it's a desperate situation. Like even Amie herself will agree with you with the Enzo scenes that's why the reclamation scene afterward is great! The coworker scene would be great right about now but the ship has been sailed for long distance nts.
Your review is very fair despite me rating this game highly. You know we all have different taste of what type of nts we like.
Looking at how the game is going, this is going to end up like the manga [Netorare no Tami]. As everyone knows, the manga started the same way as this game, the only difference is that the MF is hornier than the redhead in the game, but that difference will fade. In the end, when they see that the protagonist still isn't sleeping with anyone else and it's only his wife, that will be the red flag. So, now we just wait.
The timeline is still so ridiculous to me post vacation. After the business trip was the most crazy. She goes away for a few days, there is a huge progression in their NTS journey with her fucking someone the husband didn't vet and isn't present for, the husband is dying for reconnecting with her, but the moment she arrives, not even an hour later, she's out at the gym rubbing her ass on the next guy. Like wtf. You could literally write 3 lines to time skip and it would half fix it, but there is nothing. It's just straight up from one to the next.
The end of this arc is similar. I get that they spent ages doing the mafia shenanigans stuff and felt they needed to give something to people to compensate them at the end, but the chronology is like 3 days of them being terrified for their life, one hour they come up with a plan, next hour they're driving home, and she's already fucking someone else again like nothing happened. It's the best scene in a while, but it still feels so abrupt.

You said is best. For me playing it from start to where it is now, it feels so abrupt so often! Perfect way to describe it

(Sorry for the errors in English, but I wanted to share my opinion) Vulgar is a visual novel that looks like a book, with a lot of narration and few CGs. I think Sexxy should explore the art more; she's very good, one of the best in my opinion. An example: the Enzo part, it would be great to see them going to the room or in the final part of the mafia arc, with them climbing the stairs with Jack. I think if there was a balance between these two parts, it would make the story gain even more content and be even better.

Here we are once again, all waiting for the release of the V0.17 update. So far everything is going smoothly, so it won’t be long before we can announce a release date.

The pacing of the game currently doesn't bother me much. Not because it's great or anything. But because 90% of AVN's. especially western ones, suffer from the same issue.
Almost every game with a chapter/update based development cycle eventually ends up with the issue of every update feeling so self contained from the previous updates it throws off the pacing. It doesn't become noticeable until you start a new run. So people who just play the new updates will probably never notice.
This game is far from the worst offender. But with it being nts, the start/stop pacing is more noticeable because of how important pacing is to the genre.
I honestly don't know how Saxxy could really solve the issue either if they felt like it was a problem. Adjusting the pacing to flow better throughout the entire game would be better when it's finished. But doing that now would make each update end abruptly or feel flat. Which is awful for a business model revolving around monthly subs.
Personally don't think it's a big enough issue currently for Saxxy to worry about.
