Getting the same error. Tried running with jap locale emulator but still getting the same issue. Tried winrar extract with locale aswell and that didnt work.

Need to change the date and time format to Japanese and error will go away

Changing the system didn't help me, because I always have it working on Japanese. Launching through Applocal didn't help either. The cool thing is that the game has Saves. And when I load them, the game seems to work fine. But when I want to start a new one, I get the error that people wrote before. Does anyone have a save from an earlier game? Right from the start or something like that. I'll try, maybe it will work that way.?

Damn shame this game still has no decent translation (only MTL). Even AI TL would be nice. Does this game have no gallery/CG pack. I checked hitomi la/ ehentai and this game is not there for looking at all the CGs.
