As someone else said, those are just previews. Ive been checking R34 for the high quality versions though

Nope, it's just an image not an animation unless you're finding one with a higher resolution I would suggest to just use waifu2x
I subscribed to their patreon just for Suisei, I'll drop it when I receive it. Although I dont know how to use those take down resistant sites such as anonfiles and such.

I only subscribed for July. I got a Lumine from Genshin image too. I'll drop it if you guys want it. Also not waero related but if anyone wants suisei animations from other patrons or creators I'll buy them. I love me some suisei.
