Old saves don't work, I am guessing, because older pics were reworked. And I agree...won't do it all over again, until it's finished.
But, the issue with using someone else's saves, in games with multiple choices leading to multiple outcomes, is you either need SEVERAL saves, that are also labeled with what choices were made throughout each save, or you're just stuck dealing with it being someone else's choices that you really have no clue what happened. And some things are obvious on which path they chose, but certain scenes that only happen with specific choices, but don't really effect the outcome of the main story, yet do make slight changes, you won't know if they happened or not.
When games get reworked, I usually delete everything, and keep the empty folder, titled "MAYBE start over when completed."
A lot of times, I lose interest if the game took multiple years to complete, and it's THAT far back, with THAT much material.

So... You don't count Minami's unavoidable train scene (you can avoid after letting dudes touch her, remove most of her clothes and lick her down there, I wouldn't call that avoiding at all) scene as a NTR? That's probably most obvious one. Aside from that we have a lot of light unavoidable NTR or NTR-like (since not every people defination is not same for NTR) scenes. Tomoe's train scene, Tomoe's scene with boys, Kayane's TJ-BJ scene, Asuka's FJ scene, Sheila's job at Honeybee & things she is doing there or her contest content with Otaku, Takamura's photoshoot, nearly every girl seen naked by a bunch of men, Otaku having nearly every love interest of the MC's panty shots or even naked pictures and videos, etc. All of these are counted as a NTR or very close to NTR by a lot of people, so let me say this game have a lot of content vanilla players wouldn't like it at all, considering the game named ''Waifu Academy'' and MC saying they are going to be his waifus and academy is going to be his waifu academy it's almost feels like clickbait name.

Honestly not sure, and I don't even wanna talk about tag system of this site, it's kind of weird, even talking about seems kind of no for moderators/admins, I got my comments and saw some people comments removed because of criticizing the tag system, but seriously how they tag the game threats are really weird, like if your game gets incest mod, they force incest tag to your game threat like it's a thing base game have, I saw some game developers constantly saying their game don't have incest and wanting the tag got removed, but moderators/admins are refusing it, and keeping it just because of incest mod, which makes no sense at all, or if your game don't have harem, and you just make MC have relationship with 2 girl same time or something like that they can add harem tag forcefully, and again weirdly enough despite acting about certain tags like this and adding them despite they are not even in the base game, they always avoid adding NTR tag, etc, even when the game have unavoidable NTR like Minami's train scene, or even far more clear and worse scenes, so tags are pretty much misleading here in my opinion, and if we are still talking about this game, in a game like this, and with the current name of the game content is not matching the idea as well, and I still don't undertstand even after 6 years why things I told are not avoidable, this is a adult game, not a porn video, there should be different paths, player should have choice over big stuff like that, that's the whole point of playing a game, and not watching a porn video.

I have the impression I saw 2 new scenes, a fake big fight scene that turns out to be a big sex scene lol. And the other is with demon Rachel, a foursome "bad" dream.
There was another two but I think they were forgotten old scenes that were already implemented in the game but weren't included in scene replay on older game versions. Or maybe I wasn't able to unlock them before....
Well I had 2 locked scenes and two missing scenes, before apply your gallery mod. Now there is only the new ones that are missing .
is it me or the game devs are the ones who are late updating the gallery scenes, and you are the one doing the unlocking mod. I feel they are the ones late in updating the internal gallery, so it seems its not your fault lol.

It seems like it breaks the save done with the previous version of the mod or something. Is there a link to the previous mod? Need to restore
It didn't break mine, well I made sure to install it correctly in a refresh download version.

Try installing the mod on a new, clean game version. Saves should work with both the previous game version and the previous mod version.
