There is none, either he doesn't know what NTR actually is, or is mixing his own feelings while disregarding the relationship and motives between the characters.
There is rape though, with a scene in particular being pretty much on the edge of what I will tolerate.

I feel like that is so much of a tease , telling people who are playing a porn game "haha sorry i removed this sex scene cause its just way too lewd". Isn't that why people play porn games in the first place? Obviously, he's not obliged to do so and none of us are entitled to it, but still.
