Try replacing this file (script.rpy) in the game folder. I cannot remember the exact edit I did, but there were two audio files that were missing. I edited the code to use files that exist in the latest version (just to get through that section).
I want to ask has the story progressed any further than the hot spring scene with the kung-fu chick?
I cant make both Keiko sensei and Yoko drink the serum? If so then which one is the best choise to give the serum?

No, it hasn’t.
Using the serum even more on Yoko is intended to be ”low karma” route, and that hasn’t been implemented to the game yet. With this pace, the ”low karma” will be added to the game in 2040’s. So go with Keiko as it’s meant to be so far.

I didn't notice any difference in Keiko's behavior - whether I drugged her or not ( referring to Keiko's behavior on a date in the park ). so it just doesn't make sense to turn Keiko into MC's sex-doll.
You can give both the Serum. Just if you give Keiko the serum, you wont have a big dose of it for Yoko.
Personally, I went with the choice to give Yoko the big dose and dont drug Keiko. Mostly because I wanted a harsher punishment for Yoko since she was pissing me off for so long already. Giving Yoko the big dose involves other dicks, so if you are not cool with seeing another guy fucking her, dont go for this option.

Well most of the things in this game doesn’t make sense anyway.
But sure, it really doesn’t change anything in the game wether you use it on Keiko or not. For Yoko it does, but like I said, that’s the low karma route which isn’t even implemented properly in to the game.
As much as I also wanted to give Yoko a heavy dose. I also think Keiko deserves it too. She needs to be under our control. So I ended up doing both. That stupid bad end with her shows you why. ( I barely remember, but im sure she accuses you of a false rape which gives you the bad ending) She that type of scum person.
Also as others hinted, Giving Yoko the heavy dose, means that shes going to make back all the stress she caused you in cash, by pimping her out. You turning her into a true whore whos goiing to make you some dosh. I guess is the direction it was heading.
Even on the half dose, I was hoping she be our cam whore on her only fans, who'll make us dosh that way (that way she is kinda untouched by others, but still alot of market with idiot simps to make bank). The people she kinda mocked off air right.
After leaving her house, the MC did say her punishment's will continue, so that gave me hope on the punishment route to continue.
But with the progress of this game, we might not even see any results.
The game has been wonderful (Only if I pretend that fucking stupid bad endings dont exist) But it looks like the dev has given up on his game. I'd guess he lost the passion and doesnt care anymore.

Depends on. For one, it's the first intimate event with Keiko. on the other hand, it could play a role later. but that remains to be seen. but for the moment is the difference. That you have sex with her or not and hey sex in itself makes no sense.
Why is their no way to see your karma? I can't keep it balanced enough so I am missing scenes with Cat the neighbor. What good is Karma if you can't even see what Karma level your at?

Because the karma system hasn’t been implemented to the game yet. Maybe in 2050’s that will be done.
Well, just to clarify, you can't say offensive words about Irphaeus on F95 or something? I posted my comment here yesterday with a few of the not-so-good words about him and today it's gone (it was quite a big comment with my thoughts on the shit happening with the project, not really a review)

I would think that it depends a lot on did you do it here on the discussion side or on the review side. The review side is meant strictly and only to be about the game itself and not about the dev, so if there is a review that isn't about the game but rather about the dev, it then gets deleted by the F95 rules.
That doesn't mean that even the discussion side here is a completely "free game" to headhunt the developer either. If it goes to excessive insults and trashing, then it goes under the "inappropriate behaviour" line and can cause a deletion of the message. Same thing goes also for trashing other users (for example the endless "NTR-haters headhunting, trashing and insulting the users who don't mind the content or just view it differently" kind of situation). And sometimes the talk about the developer or their work ethics is labeled as "off-topic", since the focus here should be more on the game itself rather than creating some toxic chaos by criticising the dev. It also depends a lot on who reports the posts, how they describe the possible breach of rules in that post and how the moderators then see it breaching the rules. But yeah, the main thing on the forum is to not be offending towards anyone.
I did post it here, on the "discussion" side. And I think that except calling the dev with some not really kind words, it was pretty much okay. I'll try to post it once more, but tone it down and go with a little less hate about Irphaeus.

Some of my thoughts about the project:
I first played this game at the end of 2018 and it has been a wild ride (both in good and bad ways). At first, I considered supporting this project and did so for a couple of months but after i cancelled the subsription I just got kicked out from its discord. Not really the best impression the creator can leave, huh?
Then Irphaeus just turned into a lazy-ass man who didn't pay any attention to what's he saying and started the milking spree where most of his creativity was going on excuses (and they were still lame af). Like, the updates for the last 2 or 3 years could easily be done in just 1. For me personally, his content is still good, I honestly enjoy it but the amount of it and the direction he's taking makes me really sad. I would love it if the new characters of this update were to appear just once but the Irph-guy in the text stated we should expect to see them in the future. Why are you doing this to us, Irphaeus!? Why add new characters when you can't handle the fuckathon of them you already have? For instance, like okay, I get that Motoko and Kayane are SSS-tier waifus in his mind (I like them too but I have other favorite ones) but damn is he slow at making just anything for them. For how long has he been promising us beach content and a visit to Musashimas? I guess this has been going on from 2019 pretty much and there's still nothing.
I adore that he finally decided to start making some Inori content but due to the other stuff going on it's so slow paced that I just can't imagine how many updates (or years? Now it's pretty much the same for this vn but if there's any good please let this change for the better) is it going to to take for the mc to get in her pants? I sincerely hope that Irphaeus can finally stop being what he is right now and start giving a fuck about his game and his fans. This project is one of my favourite ones and it hurts a ton knowing that its creator doesn't love or respect his work even half as much as his fans. I guess the reason of here being so much comments on the F95 forum for Waifu Academy is because people really got a liking to it and all the hate for it is also because it hurts people to see the guy behind it doesn't seem to care about anything at this point as he's living his best life releasing good but small updates almost once a year while the fans are suffering.
Ps: I also quite enjoyed the bonus galleries he released back then but he rarely does them now. I know he even hired other people to make the renders for these bonus galleries. Btw, does anyone have a few of last ones? (the Mega folder on F95 only features the ones up to July 2020) Wonder what kinda stuff he puts there now.
