Well you are dealing with consenting adults roleplaying in that situation. In this fictional narrative, you are dealing with drug and molestation against her will. The issue I took is not with the story or the main character, but with the justification given to the main character by certain fans claiming he was good or had good attributes, a dark hero.
My argument is that if IRL you drug and molest someone against their consent, regardless if every other aspect of your life is that of a saint and regardless if the women ends up letting you give her the D consensually later, you are of the evil one and need to repent / show remorse for the behavior if you want to be considered "good".
Just imagine how terrible this narrative would actually be if the women didnt, for inexplicable reasons, crave and desire the MC's D considering his evil behavior / personality / actions / attitudes. A lot of the justification for the sister is that "She puts out now without him drugging her its cool who are we to judge". Besides of course saying "Its a porn game who cares".

If the my mother or sister genuinely loved em and I knew this wasn't just a case of "stockholm syndrome" I would come to terms with it. This isn't a case of just them giving him the "D", it's them genuinely liking the person. Because it's a fiction you can't really call it stockholm syndrome because for the most part, the MC wasn't literally forcing them to have sex and they are the ones who approach him afterwards.
Then you missed the aspect of the sister liking him from the start but being the standard "tsundere" character type. And you also forgot that him molesting her while she was sleeping didn't really do much other than make her hornier and she chose the MC because she was already attracted to him.
+The women aren't into his evil personality and he hasn't actually shown it to others, other than the masochistic tsundere character (And that's just his sadistic character type, which she'd be naturally attracted to).
You say the person is evil and he needs to repent. Like what the hell is your issue. Other than making someone horny so that they'd get that push (Because like mentioned before, that's the only effect the drug has), has he done anything genuinely evil? Because when I talk about evil I think about people who genuinely brainwash others to be their puppets like cult leaders, this is not the case here and it's not even close. The MC is humane and while he isn't a morally great person and yes drugging ppl is IMMORAL, he has his reasons and he isn't abusing the women (Other than the tsundere who likes it).
He doesn't need remorse because like I said before, the drug is only an activator and something which speeds up the events for him (He isn't literally brainwashing them and they still can be who they wish or keep away from the MC if they so wished). Not to mention that he is still focused on what happened to his father, aka he might still have some remorse if the Author wants it later, but like I said that's not exactly necessary because of my aforementioned points.
In real life there are a lot of issues which would pop up, like a possibility of stockholm syndrome and the aftereffects of the drug, while in a fictional situation that's not the case. What you see in the story is how it is, IRL it's different. You bringing this whole BS thing into this is unsettling, because you seem to have difficulties separating fiction from reality and seriously seem to take offense to a game.
Well I would argue if a female is attracted to an evil person that is a reflection of themselves and they will have to deal with that. I dont think there is any excuse or justification for drugging someone and molesting them in their sleep. If they come to be attracted to that person they are desiring evil and are attracted to evil. For him to be considered moral he would need to feel bad about molesting and drugging his sister. He does not and his sister "liking him" is a sign of her own perversion and corruption. She can deal with that how she wants, realizing she is messed up and repenting or embracing being attracted to evil male behavior.
I am fine with the narrative and the fiction. What I dont like is calling this fictional character "good" or a "dark hero" and justifying drugging and molesting women point towards how she actually likes him afterwards. That makes her messed up as well in the fiction. Of course we havent seen her reaction to realizing he drugged and molested her, but my guess is that she will still get wet and put out for him because she is messed up as well and desires evil behavior.

Imagine comparing a fictional PORN game, to real life THIS HARD.
People really need to re-valuate their life and priorities if this is the most pressing matter they have.
I genuinely wish the developer of this game makes a troll ending where a random suitcase falls into the protagonist lap when you get the good guy ending or whatever and in that suitcase is a button to launch nukes and destroy all of Europe or something and you still get the good guy ending, because i wanna see how triggered some people get over receiving their morality from a fictional porn game.

Okay, I finished this build. While the beginning of the build I thought that the MC was really awful, the following story became a lot better that I was expecting. Maybe I was expecting too much, because everything that he was doing was cleaning bathrooms and being bullied by Asuka, the following content let clear that the game itself is really good.
I just don't care at all if he drugs people, or even blackmails bratty girls and stuff, everything that I wanted (and being honest, I received) was a intrinsecate plot of vengeance, with twists and some misteries. Because of that, I have another patreon to follow, even being a 1 USD tier.
What bugs me is the Rachel character. She clearly has some part on this whole plot, but I can't figured yet. Is she a literal succubus? Is she the third girl which wasn't able to frame the old director? For some reason, I think she has some kind of relationship with the Tendo, but I don't have any basis for that.
Thanks for the developer for an amazing game and I'm hoping for some great stuff in the next update. Maybe the necessity that I have for Motoko or Elizabeth will be fixed on the next update, I hope. But I would be interested on what happens next on the mistery of the balls.

Ok so I've been avoiding this game as I generally don't care for these types of models( I think they are honey select?), but was bored looking thru the lists of games and decided the hell with it lets give it a try.
First off, was way wrong for not giving this a try earlier. Really feel for the mc and yeah i'm pissed at practically every character that the mc is, so good job with the character lead ins and relation development, very good imo.
This game has the laughs, the drama and some decent action. Good blend between realistic and not so realistic with a dash of 60's style Bam!-Smash!-Kerplow! Batman you forgot your shark repellent spray silliness.
Really does a nice job of pulling one into the storys while still givin the TnA here and there, not too much but not to little.
Will be watching for more of this and thanks so much for sharing this with us!

HeHehe, as I had just played the game for the first time, I was entangled in the story wanting more like after watching first season of game of thrones and knowing I was gonna have to wait a year before the next season dropped. Fook me and this damn roadblock. She had just dropped the whole we separated,,,, and the mc cut her off and was like fuck no biatch you left. OOOh sorry,sorry getting carried away. We will have our revenge mc, oh yes we will and her ass will pay in spades.
