Neither is implemented yet. For money you will get everything you need when the story progresses and you dont have anything for Karma yet except for a small preview later in the game.
Yeah we're not shaming you for wanting console cheats. We're saying there's nothing you can really use cheats on in the game. Most of your choices are either choosing which girl to see a scene with or a simple "progress or game over" choice. The money and karma systems as of right now just give the illusion the game has more depth than it currently does.

It's possible that Irphaeus maybe creating many other games in different Alias in the hope of earning more. This might be the reason for such long delays and poor content in his updates.
