Hard to blame a developer for going full on lazy milking mode. If you had the chance to get literal thousands per month without having to do much of anything for it, wouldn't you do it? I know I would. I stopped supporting the game, I stopped supporting most games made by devs who did this, and if more people were like me then the developers would have an actual incentive to put in effort to keep patreons instead of phoning it in. But just as it is with the games industry, enablers, pay pigs and whales love making it worse for everyone.

TBQH, it's probably thanks to the rubes that he's even still putting out any content at all. At first the updates for this game were coming out fairly rapidly (they were also higher quality than anything he has put out for years).

One of two things is true:

Option 1 - He initially gave a shit. But he has long since stopped giving a shit, and is only paying lip service to working on the game to keep the free money faucet on.

Option 2 - It was a grift from the start. The reason updates were coming out quickly and were relatively high quality initially was because they were stolen from other authors. It has already been demonstrated that various scenes were wholly stolen from other authors. Here. Not used as references, mind you -- wholly stolen. Swapped the characters, maybe changed a background element or two; that's all. The posing is identical.

I don't know whether he stopped stealing scenes or simply ran out of scenes to steal. But maybe this is how long it takes him when he has to actually, you know, do the work.

The real tragedy here is Kayane is never gonna get fucked by MC.

From what I understand, it's not a game, but an author who creates things for Honey Select and uploads them for free to help developers or something like that. I just found out about that now after following your comment.

The problem people had with it back then was apparently that he used them exactly as they came, just swapping the character models. All this while saying he was working hard on the update, then taking forever to release it and never mentioning any of this.

to tell the truth, I can understand the author when at the middlegame stage he starts making moves, spending more time on them, while he could make the opening in an express style. isn't it true that the analogy with chess is very good? all this is so that the endgame doesn't suddenly overtake the reader, like a "children's checkmate" - and you don't want a children's checkmate, you want the game to last as long as possible, right?

Hello everyone!

So let's get to the point, the Update is done at ~90% and should be out next month in June.
Last things we need to do :
-Some last animation and polish for the extra scene added.
-One big script for the final scene.
-Sound and music.
-Beta testing.

The Update is more than 550 renders and 40 animations.

Next week there will be a new poll about the favorite outfit and setting you want for the waifu poll winners to be featured.
