I downloaded and installed a patch in the source folder. This is not a patch created by the dev, but by the community. It adds the language selection to the options menu.

Do you have the name or location of the patch?

I found the patch on an online Excel sheet. There are links for each game, along with another link to a French translation.
You just need to search here using the name of the game along with the words “translation” and the language you're looking for.
You’ll likely find dedicated fan-made pages offering translations.
I don’t know if translators for other languages have done as good a job as the French community, which is very active — using Excel sheets, doing hand-made translations (not AI-generated), and so on.

I wondered the same thing, I looked into the files and didn't see other renders with her in the last update. I think it was badly worded and they're talking about the next update
Or maybe they messed up and meant Yoko instead of Keiko because she's the only character with an extension to her scene depending on karma in that update

It doesn't help that when I read comments, I see things that I dislike even more, like the fact that the game has been around for so long and there's still nothing directly related to the mother? Nah, I'm not playing anymore.

It's a shame because I really liked the character designs.

MC had sex with Tomoe briefly and will have more in the future , MC also played with Tomoe on the train going to the bathhouse ..

I agree with the shit spit in the face of using Kayane to promote the game. BUT i disagree wholeheartedly about letting patreons and other supporters have ANY power over the contents of a game. (Outside of the polls about the order of certain non-time essential scenes etc that the creators themselves ask about, even if even then it tends to be more fap bs than good stories and logic) That means said game is DEFINITELY going to be shallow, because there's NO vision behind it, only a haphazard collection of different supporters "needs" for gratification. Full stop.

Is it so difficult to understand reality? We've seen it in other games. Sometimes when a character is popular with the public, the author delays its development as much as possible to keep the hype high during subsequent updates. That's fine as long as years don't pass between updates, as happens here.
The photo of Kayane promoting the game proves it. Also, if we review the fanfic about this game, we can clearly see who the most imitated waifu is.
