If you think a dev might be milking a game, only financially support them for the month that the game update was released, and then un support them between releases.
Then you are only paying them for the completed updates, and not months of no updates.
If enough people do that, then if the dev wants to make money, he will have to release more updates.

The developer uses a cumulative bonus system and if you stop supporting, you lose all bonuses.
Who cares about the bonus if he does nothing xD

True, it would need to be one heck of a bonus to get people to pay for few and far between updates.
Next update should add at least 20 hours of playtime. Can't explain why it takes several month to render a few scenes otherwise.
I guess at most 20min.

Then you better prepare for some major blueballs if the last few updates are any indication, because apparently Irphaeus loves to use Otaku to ruin all the sex scenes or finds some other way to interrupt/butcher them. The last update in particular was horrible in that regard.

Not much yet. You have 1 scene very early in the game in which the MC replaces a dildo with his dick and she unknowingly fucks him and then a short (and interrupted) dream sequence and some teasing but thats about it.
