Ah, I don't think so. Kensou is just a lecherous ugly guy with no chances at women. He is fawningly devoted to the MC and would never harm him. If the MC would say "Kensou, jump into the fire!" he would do so. Kensou has no friends, and the only one who accept him at least walking by his side is the MC. The rest of the "Waifus" hate, despise or at least ignore him.
