About Minami, I was just joking ( there is no cat tail on this outfit ). As for the uncanny but possible new naughty bad girl being introduced, what part of “introduced” didn't you get?
I mean, if a new girl was introduced, how would we know why she would sneak into the school since we don't know her yet? She could be the introduction to a subplot. All we have is a fifure in a tight black outfit, and high heels. From this point of view and camera angle, the silhouette could perfectly match Keiko's proportions, that's my opinion as a professional photographer. And don't forget that Kayane is tracking the MC's movements as well as Kenichi's, who probably isn't revealing enough information. Plus, she can hardly sneak into the Zaibatsu headquarters to gather insights without being accompanied by Kenchichi-kunt. There is already a certain complicity between her and the MC, with whom she could become quite close, an MC she has been watching closely since he entered the arena. Yep, Blackheart is quite good with this sort of dark story, but it's not for everyone.
Secret of Whispering Pines (v 5.1) was almost finished and don't seems to evolve since 2022 as far that I know, while you can find Personal Assistant (actually v 0.9) still in development (google it)

Well I never said that I know who that girl is..Only thing i did is make a theory about the girls/women we all know...And then analize my own theory based on specific things we already know about the game's plot so far ,there are some girls we barely met during the event in that fast food restaurant event where Sheila (MC's stepsister) got the job in that we know nothing about except to how they look like and their names , It could be one of them as well now that I rethink about it... We saw them again on the train while going to Yoko's house they tried to reep of Shinji's money...Then the suspects who have motive to snoop around are : 1)Kayane Tendo , she has a grudge against Shirohime and the Zaibatsu as well , she knows the lay out of the school good and probably knows how to avoid any security cameras and walk from their blindspots...Keiko is also one that has both reasons , skills and motive to snoop around but (to my eyes that is not Keiko in the photo, because she has a bit bigger butt) now it is suspicious that she was late the next morning for class ...As for the Minami case , she is curious that is for sure , she has 0 danger feeling , and she pokes around places and people she should not...My last Suspect is Jira... Jira has both the skills and reasons to infiltrate the place she does works for Zaibatsu but she also has another patron that asked her not to kill the MC ...Her being Mercenary made sense to be able to sneak in a school facility with only cameras as security measures...About Minami, I was just joking ( there is no cat tail on this outfit ). That was my own theory based on what we know from characters until now...Then again like you said it could be a fully new female character sneaking in , and that is her 1st appearence/ introduction...

our randy MC will be alongside her, but she will be Queen of not only the Tendo, but also the Ziabatsu when she takes her sister down and rubs out (KInatchi?) and any others in her way. Not sure how MC will fit into the picture, but he has been a pimp of several girls including Roxy before going to the Academy, so maybe he will be in charge of that side of the business, and being Kayane's lover. So, in your extrapolation of the story, where Kaya would take the reins and unify the Tendo and Zaibatsu empires under her control—by the way, I like and share the idea that she overthrows the throne and makes the queen her servant—but the MC as a simple pimp seems unlikely to me. He's too independent. Kaya's lover, no doubt. As for the other pole dancing candidates:
*Manami is willing to do anything to please her master.
*Sheila, not sure she's into the idea, she likes to be in control of what she does.
*Yoko is kept on a leash by the MC, and she's already on her way to hell.
**Shirohime and Helen are in the same crab basket, and... Because I really like the idea.
*Inori is becoming less and less innocent, and her change in attitude towards the MC could be the beginning of a downward spiral, following in her mother's footsteps. But I see her more as one of the dancers in Yuna's girl band, which could also be the start of a career for other girls on my list.
