There is a point in the story where you are presented with some choices (below). It doesn't seem, however, that what I chose really matters as far as how I deal with the other girls. Additionally all four choices lead to the second choice panel anyway and I'm not sure if any of those choices stick either besides controlling the next scene.
So does it matter, with regard to relationships with the other girls, if I pick "date" or not?

Choosing whether to use the magic drug on the teacher or not. I think you can rest assured, none of the two are going to get pregnant from that scene. The branching created by different characters being possibly pregnant would be so extreme that Irph would never consider it. I bet the game itself already doesn't remember which one you chose.
The choices you are discussing are traced. There are variables set but we don't know how they will affect the storyline. They only change some of the lines and there are no consequences for now.
