I don't know why you're receiving the facepalm reaction, crunch objectively results in lower-quality content and less productivity than normal work.
I'd rather they finish it at a reasonable pace without any crunch nonsense.

Sylphia Island, Naughty Lyanna and Depravity are pretty good honey select games, I'm currently in the middle of replaying WA it's good because there are some parts that I've forgotten about.

I'm finishing the last scene right now, I'm writing it, it's only 4 days left before the end of the month
Unfortuntly, and despite my work It will not be ready before the end of the month... Even if the update is finished tomorrow, we still have beta testing, proofreading and sound/music to add. Wich takes at least a week.
I'm one month late on this update, I don't have much excuses, even if the content is huge, I'm late I know... It should have been released already if haven't been slowed down so much.
THe good thing is, I worked on 2 update at the same time. Wednesday is done at 80%

The problem isn't the time that its taking, the problem is getting frustrated over and over with delays, 1 is fine, 2 is meh but ok, but this gets tiresome, i would rather wait 1 year without delay then 9 months but it being delayed 3+ times. The uncertainty doesn't help either.

Ok, I have enough patience to wait, so just put it off for as long as you want. I'm not a sponsor, it's just that other sponsors might not be happy
The sponsors are the ones who voted for more content at longer time. The only ones bitching are the impatient people here everyday who get the game for free complaining about how horrible the dev is, when he makes a great game that they are here every day hoping it is here.... Oh no my life is ruined because I can't play the free game. I guess I will just anonymously complain on a forum about someone who does something that I cannot do myself.

People bitch here because frankly there aren't that many places on the interwebs where you can have a conversation about a porn game update being late...
Anyway, if you aren't paying for this, it's actually better for you that the update is taking longer. Why? It means more time and funding has gone into its creation. You are literally getting a better free thing.

In last 6 Months the number of Patrons that support Irphaeus are increased of more than a 35 % passing from 800 to almost 1100.
So actually the supporters are happy about his work and they like more and more the game and the actual development .
This is the most important thing for a developer ,all the rest is really not important...
From my side i prefer updates smaller but more close one with the other , because waiting for a so long time , i forget some of the previous content of the game and so my immersion in the new release it will be not so complete. This was the initial intention of the dev , to make releases closer , maybe next time , patrons will vote in a different way of what they have chose one month ago.
In every case we are near to the finish line and like i've already wrote often here in the thread , is not one day less or more than can change something ...

Haven't you guys ever tried "No More Secrets by RoyalCandy", It have a nice plot and interesting story. And "One More Chance by The Lonely Joker" too.

No More Secrets is great one of the best games on here with a crazy amount of good looking women and it's a bit like waifu academy.
