This game looks nice... get them pregnant
If you cannot wait, the preggo appearance kind of exists already by using the cumflation and lactation in combo. You might need to be a little more specific like if you mean "insemination where over time preggo tummy gets swol". Even then, you can over time add to the cumflation to swol the tummy bump.
However, preggo stuff could possibly get WDC banned -- particularly if there's a prude reviewer on Steam (if/when it is submitted.) I could imagine WDS skipping it for now. I've done a cursory search "sexual steam games with pregnancy breeding". There's not too many that follow through.
Plus a reset/reduction mechnic for the swol tummy bump needs to be sorted first before adding a preggo feature:
- Any births would have to be like Minecraft or "Breeders of the Nephelym" (i.e. cattle breeding) where they "pop" into existance. And then WDS must account for programming that the NPC in the world who you could NOT breed with being hereditary-incestuous vs step-incestuous. (WDS would likely need to have NPCs breed like cattle in BotN)
- Birthing method could be bannable -- vs. a drama/action game like Fallout 4 intro which is obscured. And, having a stork leave with it for a "forever home" won't fly either.
- There cannot be any "Planned P." or "Plan B" (bannable)
- among other aspects.
Though preggo is legit predilection (TMI; I get it. I've had my lactating
uwu before cumflation was introduced in mid 2023 & as IRL parent, my preggo wife was smoking hot, dripping, and constantly randy every time), WDS needs to be careful so their years of work won't suffer
like Monolith Bay did.
