It's hidden away in one of the jail cells. Go deep inside the prison and you'll find it. Like it's a jail cell at the end of one of the walls.

I have the buttplug vibrator cause when i choose the intensity level 3 it lowers the camera so she is better seen. but when i interact with this girls and hit "3" the camera lowers even if no pose 3 exist i tried in a few other places and it seems to be only here that it's happening
