I think the current battle system is better than version 0.1. Since we can see the opponent's cards and their stats, we can predict what they will do and that adds to the strategy. I also like that some cards have abilities now. I definitely appreciate the option to negate my opponent's strongest cards.

However, I think the opponents ramp up their power too quickly - even "normal" difficulty enemies have decks filled with rare and epic cards. If your deck is just filled with uncommon or rare cards (like mine), it's simply too difficult to win until you start finding more powerful cards with better stats.

I wish we could choose the difficulty of opponent to fight. I'd prefer to fight "easy" opponents for a while and grind some coins, then move on to "normal" and "hard" once I have a deck that can take them on.

Also, does dust do anything right now? I imagine we're supposed to use it to craft cards, but I don't see that option anywhere.
