Clearing an interview at a certain score should allow you to pick an assistant at the starting screen, but the game behaviour is inconsistent so it's hard to say exactly what are the conditions. A lot of people report problems with getting into those scenes and I've encountered them myself. There is in fact quite a rich history of problems in all of Bokuman's games.

If you want to get into those scenes legitimately you just have to grind points and maybe you'll get there eventually, but there's no way to verify if your game is bugged or not.

For those that just want to see those scenes, I've posted save files at the very first line of each assistant scene here.

Yo, Ren'py port of Season 7 has just received a massive unexpected update of 5 waifus, bringing the total interviews ported from 1 out of 8 all the way up to 6 out of 8.
