I don't get what you are supposed to do I started with s5 and only have 3 girls all of them I got 2000 points and now all other sqaures are just ?, Also what's the point of the assistant? I tried going back to menu and choose another one but it's the same 3 girls

Sometimes, when running the program, a message like Application not initialized correctly (0xc0000005) appears. This is due to a default performance setting on your operating system that has been changed.
To get the programs to start up correctly again, just follow a few basic steps:
- Click on the 'Start' menu;
- Click on 'Control Panel';
- Click on 'System';
- Click on 'Advanced System Settings';
- In the 'System' window that opens, click on the 'Advanced' tab and, in the 'Performance' section, click on the 'Settings' button.
- Access the last tab, 'Data Execution Prevention', select the first available option, called 'Enable DEP only for essential Windows programs and services';
- Finally, click 'Apply' followed by OK in the open windows and restart your computer. After rebooting, try running the program in question and check its operation.
