Anything I need to check further?
I feel like it unpacked the exe on my PC but never ran it.

Defender tagged and removed it and 2 scanners didn't find anything on my system.

It did run, change passwords and reinstall OS. You can skip the latter if you don't wanna be extra safe. I believe it only runs once so it might be ok to keep using PC after a complete scan, but I personally wouldn't risk

Defender didn't catch it in a scan, so I'm relatively sure it caught it when it was trying to run.
That said, I'll see what I'll do.

Stealer is not a plant that will grow in your system folder doing photosynthesis. It's single use 1 second executable and your passwords are gone to their VDS. Now you have time between realizing that and they selling/using your data to take over your accounts
