Just played this game, wonderful from start to finish, though I can't help but think that it really needs a gallery system, because is very hard to get some scenes and endings

It's part of a quest. Maybe 34.Halloween ? Not sure. It was in the storeroom while Harry was transformed.
Is it just me choosing wrong dialogues or this game actually punishes you for talking to other NPCs?

It isn't the only one I had many more H games with those uncheat mechanics about talking to other females/women.
Hey does anyone has the Female character being Malfoy's toy? I can't seem to trigger said even and I have Malfoy's bracelet and i'm less than friends as stated in the walkthrough
So playing the full game for the first time and couple of questions:
1: Is Ginny always not a virgin now? Maybe I'm misremembering, but I coulda sworn she was a virgin before - at least until a certain point. In my playthrough, she's not a virgin before I've even hit October. Was this changed or is their an event/story trigger that I missed/tripped?
2: How do you get the bathroom peeping spell now? Didn't it use to happen automatically pretty quickly? Now it's been ages without the message appearing.

I think you take Ginny's virginity if you progress her story before Halloween
And the bathroom peeping spell you have to have charms skills over 13 I think, and check the bathroom options, but that's as far as I know, the game is weird sometimes because if you lack something you don't know you are lacking the events are not going to work out
So I just did a quick speedrun of the early game to check; she was a virgin on the 18th of September. However, my actual playthrough was only a week later on the 25th and she wasn't. I remember Halloween being the cut off too but now it is apparently either random, determined by other factors or just even earlier.
I also rammed the Charms skill up to over 15 but no peeping spell has shown up.
...so I dig some digging before actually posting the reply. Turns out that the parameter for Ginny's virginity is her relationship with Harry and (I'm pretty sure) Colin. If it is too high with Harry, then they've banged and if it is too low with Colin, then I think he rapes her. The relationship value points to characters hp (Harry Potter) and ck (presumably Colin (K)reevey). Furthermore, if you ask Colin about Ginny, after saying the twins will hurt anyone who hurts her, he says "that's a lie, I checked". So that's a thing.
You're right that the peeping spell needs over 13 Charms, but it also needs "dayofyear" to be over 290. I have no idea what that correlates too, but it isn't in September as far as I can tell. Maybe October 17th, the 290th day of the year? That still feels pretty late.
Damn it sounds like so many confusing factors at the same time. I did see a scene of HArry and Ginny in the park, I've been trying to get most of the scene, got stuck with the one of being Malfoy's toy as a female, so that's why I had some ideas of the events, but it is weird that one of the spell, check the bathroom after October 17 perhaps?

Merry Xmas and a Happy New Year 2025!
It was a very meaningful year for us. We finally finished Wands and Witches (and I hope you're even more excited about it than we are).
But we're moving on. In the picture above, you can see the design of one of the characters for our new game. In fact, we're still working on the design and concept. It's a whole new style, not something our artists are used to.

has anybody understood how to enter blackmail quest? i read many people are having same problems and i searched all over the topic for a soluation
im not sure but i have a feeling it conflict with number 40, because you need to be friends with colin for him to get photos, but that automatically start quest number 40 as romantic

You have to have bravery, be friends with him, during the random event of him in the girls' showers pose for him, when he comfronts you about it if you want to date him tell him no, he will resent your character, then he will tell you he has the pictures, say no to his dating attempts and he will be blackmailing you.
I really like this game but it has many random encounters, I have troubles to get the Draco's toy quest

thank you a lot for your answer but sadly i tried already and it doesn't work
when colin ask me on a date i have 2 options which are "i don't mind" and "thanks colin but im not ready"
this can happen both before and after photos and whenever i do it the result is always the same. If i go in a date there will be only one choice which is to kiss him
if i choose not to go on a date the he will just say "i hoped we could be more then friends"
and no matter the order i make those actions, when i confront him about photos he always promise me not to share
