Avoidable? the game force all those things on the player no matter the stats at all, I know this is an alpha and they may have to tweak some things, but still they forced it plenty much down our throats.
I get you are a patreon and fan and you may like those kinds of content, but at least try to understand for those people that don't like it, and is as I said before, very much forced on the player like that Ginny thing in the past, now you have this damm Christmas Ball.

If your relationship with hermione already strong(max, lover status) and you didn´t take her to the ball date, she won´t have sex with the escorting NPC ( sex with escorting NPC only trigger when your relationship with Hermione are not strong and her relationship with NPC are stronger than you). Instead after the dance event finished and you´re done exploring Hogwarts you have a choice to meet your opposite sex love interest to have sex with her(including Hermione even if you took another girl to the date).

I see. I guess that's not too bad if it can be avoided by having high relationships with girls.

This is not an NTR game. We have discussed Ginny many times before, and I will only add that we will make an event in the next big update, where she will explain everything to your character in plain text. It won't help you anyway if you're just skipping the text.

As for the ball, we have already written before, that characters that you paid insufficient attention, can find another match for themselves. This will never happen if you already have a relationship with them. Yes, Hermione can go to the ball with another guy if you don't go with her. But you will not see sex scenes with her and the other character in this case, because she will not cheat on you nor have sex with them.

The same goes for other characters. You will not see a scene with Astoria and/or Luna if you have developed your relationship beyond a certain level. But if they are alone, then you should not expect that this will continue forever.

Also, do not forget that you are playing a pirate alpha version. There may be bugs, this is normal. If you are in a relationship with a girl, and it seems to you that she cheated on you, then I need a save with this bug to check it.

Ginny will not stop dating you and having sex with you, if you reached max relation (>50).
Cheatings - if there are any at all - can be seen only, if you are curious enough to peep into the secret place (park bench) afair.

While I can agree that some people take it too far, there is 100% NTR in this game despite the thread not having the NTR tag. As the dev said, if you don't raise affection high enough girls will find other partners and I don't think there's a way to prevent it other than restarting that character/reloading a save (the whole Ginny situation doesn't help things either). I'm not sure if the Dev's the one who chose the tags or not, so I'm not blaming them or anything just kinda saying.

The issue, for me at least, is that there's no clear way of the player knowing when this trigger has occurred, so the only way to find out is by actually seeing it happen. If the game had the NTR/cheating tag and an easy way to see how close the girls are to hooking up with someone else or at least something warning of the possibility of that happening there wouldn't be nearly as many posts talking about NTR and cheating imo.

I think a lot of people would consider other characters besides the MC having sex with the girl your having sex with NTR, though if you're not dating I could see where people could argue one way or the other.

Also you said that Ginny would never cheat on you if she's your girlfriend, but when I last played the game I distinctly remember her and Harry having sex at the park place despite maxing her. Was this a glitch then?

Or are you saying you technically never date Ginny and only have sex with her, because that's not really something you can know when starting her route, and since we aren't told it would end without romance I feel like NTR would still apply

She is not you girlfriend. This is not mentioned anywhere. Yes, she loves to fuck with your character. But it was not hidden that she loved Harry from the very beginning.

So, while it's not hidden that she has a crush on Harry, Hermione also wants to impress Harry and Ron, yet she is fully romancable and has no cheating if done right according to you, so I don't see how we are expected to know Ginny's route will be any different. I genuinely don't know how a player would be expected to know that her route doesn't lead to an actual relationship with the evidence the game gives.

Also, whenever my character saw them together in the park she felt genuinely betrayed and jelaous. She was genuinely upset. Those are the textbook emotions for NTR. I'm not saying that this is an NTR focused game, but I genuinely don't see how this game shouldn't have the tag.
