I think there's one "test" animation of the nun giving a BJ when you help her outside the church. I'm not 100% sure though.
So in the cave with the goblins and the slimes... the instant combat when near is unconventional typically you would only be in combat if they moved into you, or at least all the other games like this I have played since like FFI... There is no escape if you get between them because they respawn nearly instantly.

Where I can find the "Return" spell? When I go to the tent, only says that the place is dirty and stinks, but when I go to the lab to check the scroll nothing happens...

when i enter the caves i cant get out because enemies respawn right away and the scenes are being enabled all the time i cant do a step fix it pls

Kind of. There is a room built in to the game that allows you to increase/decrease affections of characters, change time of day and the day, grow boobs, decrease hunger, and increase lust.
Edit: It's in the basement of the MC's house bottom right corner.
