Unless you're meaning Krowly has to be at that point (in her progression affection) where they're able to have that upstairs scene before this option shows up, in which case, yes.

Just completed the scene with both, you need to help Fina with her letters. Once you do that you'll find a dirty letter and Astra finds it and calls Fina down. Then the scene unfolds.

U wont lvl up by fighting monsters, do quests, at daytime go to the camp and join Eric on his adventures and in the evening read a book in your bedroom. This way you will get XP to lvl up.

I did that before and made him level 99 but for some reason it always reverts back to my normal level before cheating after a while. So I gave up and decided a million gold is the best alternative.
