Complete "The night is dark" quest. Report back to Sister Elizabeth to get +150 experience and a boost to relationship with Sister Elizabeth of +10.
At the following Sunday service in the church Fina tells the congregation she has to punish whoever summoned the succubus. Krowly can either own up to cover for Sister Elizabeth or not.
Fina magics up a cock. If Krowly takes the blame Fina assfucks Krowly otherwise Fina assfucks Sister Elizabeth (I think Krowly joins in but he might just watch).
I also think if the game flag for gay content is set it effects this outcome.

Once that quest is complete the goblin Taisha will be impressed and you chat to her
Taisha likes humans so you can become a matchmaker

As you can see, it lacks the following values:
-Affection needed to initiate the first lewd scene
-How much affection is needed for each scene to unlock (I think the masturbation scene requires 0 affection)
-How much affection each act gives
-The exact process to unlock her topless dancing scene
-At which point she starts loosing affection (I think it's -3?) when you have anal sex with Juliet

Could also benefit from formatting and spellchecking, but that's for later.

You can either use the basement cheat room to give him boobs; or if you progress far enough with the story you will get a quest that requires you to brew a potion to grow them. You need to have read the book and have the required ingredients mandragora and futa elf sperm.

You don't... You get to give him boobs. He's still he, just he gets boobs via magic potion, and they can be removed the same way.
