you don't need to rise relationship with the Great Paladin. There is nothing that would require you to do so. You unlock the scene with her during the quest that was added in the latest update

is there any to redo quest the full save i have all ready did it because its not leting me see it

I recommend to not use other people's save files to avoid confusion. In that save, if you just load it as is, Krowly already had sex with Great Paladin that day (you can see her covered in cum), so you need to wait till the next day. And, as always, make sure that you have enough lust. I checked that save and the flirt with her is working, if you wait till the next day

Probably. Just be patient.
This game has been getting regular monthly updates for years. Boobsgames has managed to maintain a consistent schedule, even in spite of the problems facing Russian devs with sites like Patreon/Itch etc since things kicked off again in Ukraine last year.
