Already played it twice, very nice game, for a first development
you can extract all game pictures with the adapt software, look for one that can open the RGSS3a file, you ll get an equivalent of gallery this way.

Dev is working on the last story line quest so maybe it will be completed within a year. Can't say for sure though.
How to complete the "at service" quest? I can't help Brother Volt, my save from the previous version is having problems and should I start a new game to do the mission?

Your description is rather vague. Old saves should work, provided you did not tamper with them or use outdated mods.
