At least a few hours start to finish. As for how long until it's, we don't know. Boobgames has announced no more major updates like new important characters or new dungeons will be added and that he's going to start a new game but hasn't got enough to elaborate on what the next project will be.

Oh wow, based on what the dev says on subscribestar, the game is practically done but there will be a few more updates until the end of the year. I haven't played since around v0.432, So I'm probably gonna just hold out until the last update, but it's crazy to see this game come to an end after all this time.
