i dunno who updates the walkthrough PDF but please add "thunder(lightning) spell requires level 8 AND "where's Fina" quest.
I had level 8, jinn defeated, the new lab, raining/etc and it wouldn't trigger when studying until "Where's Fina" was completed

When you successfully harvest a plant, there's a chance you get seeds as well.
You're chance to successfully harvest plants depends on your gardening skill level.

Obviously, you can't enter when she sees you. Just try at another time, for instance when she's outside, or sleeping.
