There is some. Mostly it's the goblins, and the extremely busty elf enemies. The bartender Carla as well as the older woman with her livestock are the only ones that have any art in town. Mentions of it are made with the snake women as well as scenarios involving the nun and Fina. But there is no art for them yet. And the Creator was also mentioning more art for future scenarios. It's just taking time to get the right ones. And unless I was misreading it, there was a scene in the game where Fina was talking about asking the main character about helping expand the population of the town. Mostly this is just what I've seen and discovered. There could be a lot more in the works.
