There are also other characters in the game who are futas - some of the elves in the forest at least and one of the adventurers you meet in the inn. But I think the MC is the only one who can/does transform.
The MC can fuck with Eric (his friend) when they go on adventures and there's plenty of futa action later in the game with the elves and such (give and receive). Yep, I forgot there's an encounter in the woods where the MC gets drunk and gets raped by an orc. Basically if you lose to any futa, you'll get fucked.
Unfortunately no... it's just all non animated pictures...also most of if not all of the sex is anal, oral, or boob job. Like literally little to no vaginal in this game. Almost seems like the game dev is scared of or doesn't like female anatomy
