Yes Netorase is technically under NTR, but so is Netori. Both aren't categorized under NTR in this site. It's exclusively for NTR.

It's because in most stories netorase is often written to branch off to netorare at some point so they often go hand in hand, but they aren't mutually inclusive. There are many examples of netorase without the hard ntr part.
Deliverance, COM3D2, Dessert Stalker, Solvalley School, Lab Rats, DMD all have some form of sharing your wife/gf/partner to other people and they don't have the NTR tag as its mostly swinging and exploring kinks and nobody is getting "stolen" as per ntr rules (albeit, as usual its heavily debated in most of their game threads but still these games don't have the NTR tag to date)
Deliverance in particular has very heavy wife sharing content the most but has no ntr tag. Just like irl, swinging or any open relationship doesn't really fit in the hard "Netorare" tag thats why us Netorase fans have been clamoring for a separate distuinguishable tag.

Really weird tits. Like they were deliberately drawn to be as fake as possible.
I fully understand the context of the game, but until now, all characters had tits that had at least slight natural shape/sagginess to them. These are literally two plastic orbs.

those tits look very wrong:
1. they do not look like they are attached to her body.
2. they are pointing too far outwards. it looks weird.
Maybe I'm just joyless but I would say that none of the breasts in this game so far have been even remotely realistic. Seriously, these complaints are valid but it really shouldn't suddenly be a problem.

And yet, there was some semblance of line that wasn't crossed for the tits. Namely; you could tell they're fucking tits. These look like filled with helium. Like they'd float up and bounce around on the ceiling. This is not good.

I am not talking realism. All the tits in the game are unrealistic.
Fantastical exaggerated art can be very fun and sexy.
The problems with these specific tits go beyond lack of realism. They do not look attached to her body. it looks like a flat chested woman who is standing in front of floating fake boobs.
Just look for example at amazon's art. he draws even bigger tits than in this game, but they very clearly look attached to the woman in question.
