So a bit confused here since I noticed the pregnancy tag, does this mean it got added cause there are some scenes with a pregnant woman like pregnant goblin? Or is it cause of something else?

Yes. Just switch the content off in the setting, which if you payed attention to the intro it will tell you that turning off the gay content off also turns off the futa content

That's the thing. She is not meant to be beaten.
I've read a post where someone said he killed the first goblin in one blow, so she didn't appear. Don't know if that's still possible.
The only way to beat her I can think of is freezing/stunning (Lizzy might help here) her just before her health drops too low, and then do enough damage to finish her.
Anyway, beating her is not necessary to finish the quest IIRC.

RNG luck.

If she's frozen you can indeed finish her before she can quake, but it takes the right random numbers to get that to happen.

Smoke Bombs help a little too
