That event is from several updates ago, so I don't remember the way I did it.
I did some searching however, and found out the walkthrough might be inaccurate here. From the changelog of 0.305:
"Agnieszka can join topless Friday. Next Friday after Juliette joining the topless Friday go look for Jason at the evening. 10 relationship points with Agnieszka is required"
Can you talk to Jason separately on Friday evening ?
The quest is called At service and the objective is to assist brother volt in research, but i cant find it on walktrough.

That quest is on p.13. It has links to all sub-quests that you need to do. The one for Brother Bolt is called "Melisa's Secret", on p. 14.
Hey man i just though about it, if i want to make Agnieszka join the topless Friday, is it need to just unlock Juliette like after i save her from the bandit or i need to make Juliette join the topless Friday?
Because I start a new game no cheating item,level or gold whatsoever, and it still didn't work. I talk to the grandpa at Friday evening and it just doesnt work
Bare in mind you do need a certain level of affection to trigger the her joining. The walk through mentions the required level, so if you're not sure double check that and cast that mind reading spell that tells you everyone's affection level

In addition to the post of CuriousWonder, I quote again from the changelog:
Next Friday after Juliette joining the topless Friday go look for Jason at the evening. 10 relationship points with Agnieszka is required"
So thats why i cant invite her, i miss that step,Now i get it.

It says it happens on a Tuesday night in the changelog, but instead it happened on a Wednesday night for me.
I don't know if Eric's lust is an unmentioned requirement, but I did have his lust high as well.

It should indeed be on Wednesday. The original changelog was inaccurate. It's been corrected on the Dev's Subscribestar, but not here.

Yeah, Eric's lust is a hidden requirement as well. I just tested it on a save on Wednesday night, if he has low lust Eric stays at home and Astra gets the regular dildo scene and when his lust is high he goes there.

According to the game code and according to my own test, Eric's Lust is not used at all here.
