In the event of the OP link not working, check boobsgame's patreon. Links to the most recent version remains public access (though you will need to scroll down a bit to find it).

Everything you need is contained in the download. Extract the archive, open the resulting folder and double click on the game icon to start it.
Thanks for all the help and advice, you probably felt like you were talking to an idiot. But, I found a different solution, download it from somewhere else.

Because it's usually a person who volunteers to do the walk through and not the developer. Every time there is a new update release, someone has to play through that new part in order to create a new walk through. So it takes time.

that's true and who ever does the walk throug has to find every think out like what new secret's there are were every scene is what day,time, are even the stuff that you need for all of it. that alone is tring on the person doing it i think.

Installazione: usare il programma Decrypter sul file Game.rgss3a, dopo aver estratto tutto, nella cartella Extract spostare il contenuto Data e Graphics nella cartella principale del gioco, ed eliminare il file Game.rgss3a, dopo sostituire i file contenuti nella cartella data con quelli che vi ho dato, buon game.
