Its difficult port games with rpgmaker VX Ace in apk... But if you want play this game i recomended download joiplay in the appstore because runs very nice Warlock and Boobs.

I would expect to find your save files (up to 30) in the same folder as the executable

Usually it's an issue with the GStreamer implementation
winecfg → Libraries → write "winegstreamer" in the "New override for library" bar → Add → select "winegstreamer" in the "Existing Overrides" list →Edit → disable

start the game, at that point it should work correctly
