You can just edit your save, give yourself "all the gold"...
Alternatively, the gardening "grind" and alchemy "grind" can alleviate spending on potions, along with other loot from dungeons with Eric can be sold too, as well as other alchemical ingredients/items looted from combat encounters.

Is a small "thank you" that Alice gives us after dedicating the whole day to her.
(Only active on Friday... after "Topless friday")
To get to see the scene we must spend the whole day with Alice.
(Details in the form of an spoiler, Although I think it's not that difficult to get it if the details)
Prerequisites:
Have MODT active.
Have enough relationship points with Alice to be able to activate the scenes in the tavern "The Stone Dragon".
Have activated the "Topless friday".
Progression:
On Friday mornings you can help Alice with laundry or cooking at home.
That same Friday you can flirt with her in the tavern or ask Carla for a lunch.
And that same Friday evening you must ask her to dance.
If you did everything correctly, the scene will be activated after finishing the dance.

The male protagonist can grow boobs but thats it. It doesnt even change how people talk to him.
This is a great game. The story is very original and the mechanics of battles and interaction with the other characters in the story are good, although there are a lot of bugs.
I believe that if there was a menu where you could consult about the level of friendship with the characters it would be excellent, as well as the possibility to choose the file I saved to continue the game.

Well he didn't make some kind of big announcement in the village like "hey everyone, I'm trans now" so there're really no reasons for them to address him differently. In their perspective, he just a guy with rather... unique hobby to have boobs.
Their thought process probably be like "oh Krowly did something weird to himself? Must be a Wednesday".

Certainly when I play I am always offered the option to continue with any of the 30 saves in the current executables folder
