i used the mind reading spells i cast it before talking to them and it display's when talking to them, also there's a way to make it permanent not repeatedly clicking the spells but instead it will always show it. Well im quite not there yet

Always liked the art and general vibe of the game. Has a lot of weird choices gameplay wise that most basic adult games don't suffer from. Anyways, download MTool and you can have a pseudo gallery. Just have to find the name of a scene and go to it and it'll work. Works for repeat scenes as well. Really hoping someone makes a normal gallery mod though. This game needs one.
Anyone know how to get the "meditate at a waterfall" step to work?? Other posts say to do so at the waterfall at the top of town. I go there (to the right of it) and skill > meditate but nothing happens except time advances.

It seems you are conflating two things. Meditating at the waterfall to learn the Ice Needles does not need using the Meditate skill.
From the walkthrough: Krowly mentions heroes meditating under waterfalls. Interact with the base of the village waterfall (topmost) to learn the spell.
